Summary: We collect only what we need to run your audit. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or store your website's customer data.
1. What we collect
- Email address — to create your account and deliver your report
- Password — stored as a secure hash (we cannot see your password)
- Website URL — the page you submit for auditing
- Audit report — the AI-generated analysis of your page, saved to your account
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
2. What we do NOT collect
- Your website's customer data, orders, or transactions
- Personal information from the pages we audit
- Cookies beyond what's needed for authentication
- Tracking or advertising data
3. How we use your data
We use your email to create and manage your account, deliver your report, and send essential service emails (e.g. password reset). We use your submitted URL to visit and analyse the page using our proprietary engine. The analysis output is saved to your account so you can access it any time.
We never use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
4. Third-party services
- Stripe — handles all payment processing. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
- Anthropic — our AI engine analyses the content of the URL you submit. Page content is sent to Anthropic's API for analysis. Anthropic's privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy
- Railway — our hosting provider. Your data is stored on Railway's infrastructure.
5. Data retention
Your account and reports are retained until you request deletion. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us — we will remove your account and all associated reports within 7 days.
6. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. We use JWT tokens with expiry for session management. We do not log sensitive request data.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at support@yourdomain.com.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
