Frequently asked questions
My audit is stuck on "running" — what do I do?
Most audits complete in 30–90 seconds. If it's been more than 3 minutes, email us with your URL and we'll run the audit manually and send your report within 1 hour.
I paid but never got to create my account — how do I access my report?
Go to the homepage, scroll to the URL input and submit your URL again — you'll be taken through the flow. Or email us with your payment email and we'll link your report manually.
Can I audit a page that's behind a login or password?
No — our engine visits pages as a regular browser would. It can only audit public pages any visitor can access without logging in.
How do I get a refund?
Email businessleadintelligence@gmail.com with your payment email address. If the report wasn't useful, we'll refund you in full within 24 hours. No questions asked, within 7 days of purchase.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Email us at businessleadintelligence@gmail.com and we'll reset it for you manually. Password reset by email is coming soon.
Can I audit the same URL twice?
Yes — each audit is a separate $8.99 payment. Running the same URL after making changes is a great way to track improvement.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@yourdomain.com from your account email. We'll delete your account and all reports within 7 days.
The report says my page has issues but I disagree — what now?
The report is AI-generated and not infallible. Use it as a starting point, not gospel. If you think a finding is wrong, it often helps to A/B test the suggestion. Email us if something looks clearly incorrect and we'll take a look.
